Licensing information and breaches is public information. Every ECE service must prominently display its licence and any conditions placed on it for parents/ caregivers and visitors to read and check.
Most services will welcome conversations about what they were not doing right and how they are working to improve. Transparency and openness are key to parent and community trust and support.
