Part of the 30 hours may include the higher 20 Hour ECE funding should the child be eligible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All-day centres &#8211; FULL pay parity funding rates <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Government&#8217;s announcement as part of Budget 2023 was that funding rates for <strong>full pay parity<\/strong> would be <strong>the same<\/strong> for all teacher-led centres and hospital-based services as kindergarten associations are paid.  This turned out not to be 100% true as you will see below in the funding rate tables for full pay parity. <br>See the <a current practising certificate. \u00a0A service licenced for 51 children must have 2 qualified and certificated teachers.\u00a0\u00a0There are no funding rates linked to a requirement to pay teachers
